Ms. Little Fingers loves the Stop GO song from Baby Signing Time. GO is one of the core words that help with language development. When I say that I mean that GO is used for so many things, not just 'doll' and it only means the plush baby toy a child plays with. ... rather, GO means "Ready set GO" during a race or game. Cars GO. You ask someone to GO if you are waiting for them to move ... there are many reasons to use GO.
I love this word because it reminds me of Signing Time and Baby Signing Time. For those who are long time followers, you'll remember our post with the sign FROG before. Ms. Little Fingers had Hopkins, the Signing Time FROG, on her first birthday cake. (click here)
The first picture is just the first part of a moving sign. The video hopefully is a little better.

My apologies for being MIA here this week. Just adjusting to my new full time schedule. I'm getting requests in left and right for signing instruction and I wanted to say 'thank you!'. I am trying to get to all of the emails and phone calls asap. Promise! Perhaps we'll talk about my new schedule and its place with singing next week :).
So now that Little Fingers is playing outside so much she is getting her hands DIRTY. So she learned the sign/word DIRTY. She's saying it like a champ, and has signed it a few times. :) So I thought D for DIRTY was very appropriate! We have gotten a lot of rain recently in the northeast so she's constantly getting DIRTY. She gets changed a few times in a day! She's also learning that she doesn't need mommy to wipe her hands off and she can do it herself :)
